Donegal Hospice

Our constitution is our most valuable procession. It is there to protect you and me and all of our citizens.  I know that our best legal minds have to struggle to understand it and  make the rules strong enough but not too strong. Like the porridge Goldie Locks found, not too hot and not too cold.

It is very difficult to modify one part without side-effects to another article or section but I feel that everyone needs to have  a basic understanding of it.

Data protection and rules of confidentiality can be used  as hidding places but its very difficulty to craft these rules into the Goldie Locks zone of not too much and not too little.
